The Canon ImageClass D860 Alters The Business Printer From The Ground Up

With the Canon ImageClass D860 Toner Cartridge copier printer you just cannot go wrong. It is a super investment for either business or personal use. The laser, mono machine is technologically advanced with all the latest features including digital formatting. Even though the machine is a multi-function device, it fits into any space no matter how small as it only measures a mere 24.5×17.5×15 inches and weighs a slightly heavy 53 pounds. Consumers love compact styling which still offering all the technology and equipment required for the smooth running of operations.

Overall print quality is above that which you may expect for a printer in this price bracket. Text and simple graphics quality is absolutely clean-cut. Outlines are perfect with no jagged edging in sight. No blemishing or smearing is present. Complicated graphics and photo printing on the other hand should rather be left to another make or model printer as the quality is not too good. Prints are produced at 600×600 resolutions and copies up to 1200×600 resolutions. The copier printer can reach engine speeds of 16 ppm and copies 18 ppm.

Only a couple of paper sizes and types are accepted by the copier printer, including letter, legal andA4 sizes. Plain, colour, transparencies, bond and labels are accepted paper types. The maximum paper tray capacity is 500 pages and bypass feeder 100 sheets. The automated feeder has a mere 30 page capacity. Images can be enlarged to 200% and reduced to 78 % during the copy process. Collation of multi-page documents in the output tray is another fantastic feature. Gone are the days of paper jam hassles. Some Canon ImageClass D860 copier printer owners report up to three months non-stop jam free operation. The devices' versatility is endless, handling any print volume with the greatest of ease.

Both Parallel and USB interfacing options are employed as the connection between printer and computer. The only secret to successful installation is to wait for the installation wizard to prompt connection. The printer originally had USB version 1.1 connectivity which was terribly slow. Designers have upgraded the USB to version 2.0 with bandwidth of 480 Mbp's. Unfortunately, the printer copier is only compatible with Windows operating systems. This limit's the devices' appeal to Apple Mac and Linux users.

The Canon ImageClass Toner' greatest advantages are the incredible speed and ease of copying and printing, paper jamming is non-existent and last but not least the copier printer is excellently priced between US$229 and US$333.00. Truly a long-term, hassle-free investment.

The printers' disadvantages are few and far between. You will really have to dissect and inspect the machine from top to bottom to find really insignificant flaws. The copier printer has some compatibility issues especially with Windows XP operating system. Overall configuration can be a headache sometimes.

Sample Canon ImageClass D860 Toner Cartridge will be included with you Canon ImageClass Printer Toner purchase.
